Really disappointed in the Smarty service. Very slow ping in the UK, and unusable abroad. I went to France for a week recently, no service whatsoever, and no (easy?) way to activate roaming. I also purchased a £5 EU data add-on which changed nothing, my phone was unusable for a week. Thinking of swapping back to traditional networks now.2.7KViews1like5Comments
