Outage notification
Does anyone else have a problem with Smarty using X as what appears to be the only way that they have communicated about today's outage? I and no one in my contacts uses X. My day turned to **bleep** when I was without service, no apps, no internet, no banking, no transport planner. I'm not sure what the solution is but at least a message to me directly from Smarty when things came back on line.
