AGREE. How could this happen? Not just a minute but hours. I can’t even turn on my bus ticket on my mobile app.

I don't even get any connection signal, but I am right in the heart of the MC city centre. I need to stand still to use the available free wifi. Not sure how long it will take.

I am in the city centre. Both of my sim cards are not working. No reception nor connection at all. Please help
