I bought a SIM yesterday and it is still being sent to my address, I also haven’t got a number yet as it says it’s still being processed.
If I have an empty SIM now, can I transfer my data and credit to this empty SIM so that I can use it right away?

@VictorP_2723038 In short, no. When you activate a sim, it is allocated a mobile number that will show on your account dashboard.
If you start with another sim, you will need to pay for another plan and either start a new account or else form a group and add it as a nickname sim.

I placed the order yesterday afternoon, it still says number available. Do you know when it will arrive, is there a way I can track it?

As this is the Smarty community forum, we are customers, just like you, we don’t work for Smarty.
Smarty sends out SIM cards via Royal Mail, most of which arrive in 1 - 2 business days. Tracking isn’t offered.

@VictorP_2723038 It's going to be down to the vagaries of Royal Mail. Could be very quick, or on the other hand...............
