I have a iPad air 5th generation which has sim with smarty.
I purchased a iPad mini to use out and about and had a spare smarty sim card which I attempted to activate
I told the AI it was a sim i already had and proceeded to fill i the on line form. all went well until paying via my credit card I stopped using PayPal some time ago and paid by standing order via my bank this took some time to to sort out and it eventually excepted my bank details and then said it would sent me a sim card. and s did not activate the sim in my iPad mini. When the new sim arrived I had to go though all the above again and thought it had been activated. I received an email telling my my new sim was on its way . before all this I created a group where two people on it where defunct and I cannot remove them is this causing the problem an why isn't your AI learning surely it should be up to this by now . I how am paying for three sims when I should only pay for one. please help me regards Michael Sansom

If your new SIMS are part of a group they will use the same payment method as the group owner.
