Strange SMARTY have decided to do this in the middle of the day (here in the UK).
Wondering if there is a serious security flaw in the SMARTY website for online account self-service?
Yeah, I'm not a fan of the SMARTY app either.
Found a few bugs when I was using the app, which I reported via web chat - sadly SMARTY hadn't fixed these when I last checked.
The online account portal appears to be working now though.
