Hi. I lost my SIM card recently. I have been on the help pages on how to go about replacing it. But I cannot find ‘Manage my SIM Card’ on the app or the website. Any tips please on how to find this so I can order a replacement SIM? Thanks

After following Smarty help pages, I too am unable to locate ‘Manage my SIM Card’ or 'Replace my sim' on the app or the website. There is no current option to request a swap from a sim to an esim from any menu. 

I guess we need to wait for an update to the Smarty app & website before this option actually becomes available? 🫣

I have also been on the help pages on how to go about replacing my physical sim to an esim. I cannot find any references to ‘Manage my SIM Card’ anywhere on the app or the website.

I guess the Smarty app is pending an update in order to include this missing option?

@AbsoluteArcher I've just logged into the app (which I rarely use) and under 'Manage plan' there appears an option to 'Manage my SIM' and specifically to replace with a physical SIM or ESIM.

Many thanks for your reply. The 'Manage my SIM' option is available on the Android Smarty app but not currently via the Apple iOS Smarty app.

Have checked the Apple app store and there is no Smarty update pending.

For reference the latest live Smarty update for ios is version 1.24.0 released 28/08/25

@AbsoluteArcher Before replying to your post, I checked the app.......on my iPhone !!!!

I have uninstalled then reinstalled the ios Smarty app and all the options now appear as they should and problem resolved. Thanks for your feedback 👍

Hi. Thanks for the link. This however takes me to ‘Manage my plan’. What I’m looking for is a link to ‘Manage my SIM card’ or ‘Replace my SIM’, as per the help section. I’ve gone through the entire menu on both the website and the App, and can’t seem to find these sections.
