I activated my sim around 5pm today it’s currently 9pm and still hasn’t activated yet any ideas no email to say it’s activated yet

Unfortunately @MorganB_2542412, SMARTY Mobile's network partner Three UK had major disruption on 12th Feb, due to problems with the Three UK network and other customer facing systems.
I'm guessing these issues could have affected some SIM activations.
Seems to be LESS SMARTY and MORE MALARKEY, on and off since 9th Feb 2024.
