Problem

I have ported my old number over to SMARTY. I have activated the SIM. The signal has an x next to it and I can only make emergency calls. Do I have to wait? Have tried turning on and off. On NOKIA G11.

    IainMcI_2420240 You cannot port the number until you have an activated sim to port it to.
