Private Call Number

Is there anyway I can find out the number of a private call which was clearly a scam?

@Geoffre_2116212 If the number was withheld, then records are probably only available to police and national security agencies.

A lot of people no longer answer such calls. There is unfortunately a risk of missing important calls from GP surgeries etc.
