Payment Decline

Direct debit declined. How can I get it renewed to stop me from running out?

    ChloeBur_314238 Firstly, you would obviously need to ensure funds in the account if you want to use direct debit. But surely the DD is attempted on the day your plan is due to renew and therefore it will automatically stop if payment has not been received..

    You will need a web chat with Smarty Support to be certain, but I can't see why you would not be able to use some other form of payment to buy your plan and then put it back on auto-renew.
