Hi , why has my service been paused?

Welcome to the Smarty customer/users forum. We can't do everything as we don't have access to your personal details (which should be kept personal on this forum).

However, we can try and suggest possible solutions.

If you look at your profile does it tell you there is an active plan? This may be one solution, if you don't it's a case of buying a new plan.

If your plan is still active it may be worth checking your signal strength.

Another thought, you may have paused the renewal of you existing plan when it does finish, rather than your plan being stopped.

If none of these work, it might be worth contacting a Smarty Agent.  The quickest way to do this is usually via Webchat

hello Thanks for your reply, unfortunately my router is still displaying “no service “ I’m currently in the “isle of Man “ I’m returning to the Uk tomorrow im hoping it will work then

Just checking on this @PeterBe_1706592 - assuming you mean you can't call, text or use mobile data, not that you're unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network?

@PeterBe_1706592  Unfortunately, you haven't really provided much information here.

Did you check that your account dashboard shows an active sim and an active smarty plan?

If it does, then you need to web chat with Support Team so that they can investigate your account - we cannot do that on the Community Forum.
