Is this service ok in Lanzarote,
Can I use this service when I go on holiday to Lanzarote.

Christopher1964 Yes, it should be fine. Lanzarote = Canary Islands = Spain = EU. I have used Smarty over there with no problem.
Make sure the APN in phone settings reads mob.asm.net - see: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/2090500-roaming-and-international?_gl=1*zv8qjl*_ga*MTk0NzA3Njc5OS4xNzA3NzM5MDk4*_ga_D8LNLN41LX*MTcwODc4Mjk1My42NS4xLjE3MDg3ODMwMjEuMC4wLjA.
Also note that you are limited to 12Gb of data while roaming.
