Is anyone else having issues
I've just transferred over to Smarty with a new SIM, I've transferred my old number over to keep using it. The problem is I can't receive text or calls but I can make them. I can't get through to any...
Yes my number finally changed over. But I was still having issues with sending text messages but we worked out that it was something to do with my Google account . So it is all sorted now
Great to see that things worked out.
We do have a webchat avalible 8am-8pm. Some times users get stuck talking to the bot a great tip for that one is just saying "Speak to a human" and we will connect you to the next avalible agent.
