Hi have ported over my number from BT today can phone out but cannot receive calls

StevenB_2843355 Have you had an email confirming that the port process is complete? Ports are normally completed by 5.30 on the business day after the request.
If the situation persists, have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check progress with your account. Forum members like us don't have access.
