Help - Activated and virtually no internet!
Hi, I have activated the Smarty SIM, changed the APN settings, rebooted and seem to only get less than 1mb and only shows 4G on my phone which makes no sense as I am in a 5G area. Plus not getting any response from the chat support and there's no phone number to call? I am wondering whether switching to Smarty was a mistake and I haven't cancelled my plan with another MVNO which is on EE getting 125mb. I desperately need to have this resolved today as I don't have broadband currently so rely on mobile internet for connectivity.
Any suggestions? Much appreciate.

Sounds like EE have better services in the locations you're using your handset, John_2723668.
SMARTY Mobile don't provide telephone support. If their online web chat isn't working, perhaps make an official complaint, otherwise it might be better to switch back to EE - at least there's an EE telephone helpline.
