@HarnekS_2896189 Hi there! If your number has been transferred to Smarty, it will be on the new sim that Smarty sent you . Originally, it would have had a random number allocated but now it should be your own number that has been ported in. If you check your Smarty Account Dashboard, it should show the number you brought over.
The old O2 sim will now not work and can be consigned to the bin.
Be aware that your phone may 'remember' the random number and you may need to change it manually in the Settings. (The exact process depends upon the type of phone). If you don't change it, then your contacts may not recognise that it is you calling/texting.
