I've been with smarty about 3 months and signal has not been great but for the last months is so bad I cant even get a signal. This happened at my home address and I complained and it was supposed to be sorted but the 29th, they knew there was a problem.  The 30th it was no better. Ive now gone on holiday 180 mile away and guess what the mast has the same problem here. I've checked the network coverage and says no problems I've checked the map and says I've grear coverage....is this how its going to be because if so this is no good to me I'd rather go back to my last provider.  Has anyone else got these issues.

Are you sure it's a problem with the network and not your phone?

@LesleyD_2616479 I wonder if you could try the sim in another phone first and then perhaps order a replacement if you have the same trouble.
