Went through the purchase online, but need a faster solution.
Now unable to activate the SIM bought in a retailer as it is waiting to despatch the SIM purcased online.
Is there a solution.

I think you'll need to log out of your current Smarty account on the Smarty website, then go to smarty.co.uk/activate to activate the SIM from the shop, creating a new Smarty account with a different email address as part of that process.
