My data isn’t working you guys randomly didn’t renew my bill so I had to renew it today and now my data won’t work but I can still call and text fix it please

It looks like your payment didn't go through due to insufficient funds.

Please check to ensure you have enough money in your bank account and make the payment through the dashboard.

Activation can take up to 2 hours, so kindly allow some time before restarting your device.

@KhaleemS_199899 Not sure who you think you are writing to, but we are not Smarty employees and so cannot fix anything.

No idea what you mean when you say that they didn't renew your bill. Do you mean that a new Smarty plan did not start? Was it set to auto-renew in your account dashboard? Did your bank have sufficient funds to pay the amount?

Once you have checked all this for yourself, the contact Smarty Support via web chat if you think they need to do anything.
