Can Smarty change the billing date with just a touch of a button, just like the auto renew button. You can limit the customer to a maximum change within the year (to stop customers changing it every month) and bill the customer from the change date.

Yoda1 The problem I see with that is that smarty do not actually bill the customer. The customer chooses a product from a list of fixed price options that last for a month.
The software would need to be written to recalculate the cost of the option based upon the number of days in the month and then offer that to the customer to buy.
While I am sure it is possible, I'm not sure it would be a priority for Smarty. The current option is to go without service and buy the plan you want on the billing day you prefer. Given that they don't often make rapid changes, it is hard to see that one coming along any time soon as it would not affect the majority of customers.
