Pac code
Just received my new sim, need to transfer my old number, but it won't accept my pac code, keeps saying check number is correct. Pac code and number i want to transfer are correct. Any ideas ?

That is strange! Please connect with our webchat team here, who will be able to check the validity of the PAC on the system to see if they can arrange the switch on your behalf: https://smarty.co.uk/contact. Alternatively, please ask your current provider to cancel the current PAC and provide a fresh one.
