When 12 month promotion ends
do deals after my promotion period get extended with new deals or is it best to get one from other suppliers that offer a discount?

Hey JamesHa_1416125 with SMARTY you can change your plan at any point to any of our promotional offers, so if you are near the end of your promo period you can switch to another offer that suits 😊

That's a bit hard to predict!
From personal experience, an offer that I took up with Smarty was in fact extended without me doing anything, but that cannot be guaranteed.
I'm quite sure that you will be given sufficient time to arrange something different if their offering does not suit your needs - let's face it, you will have at least the one final month in which to decide what you want to do!
Will you necessarily find anything cheaper/better? Very hard to predict!
