How to unblock using gpay

    Hi there NathanN_2544081 and GaryHal_1976969!

    Like you, I do not own a credit card, I only own debit cards as I am self employed and don’t have a guaranteed income.

    Unfortunately, SMARTY only allows for credit cards to be used as this is the only way to verify an individual over 18 is the account holder, this is because it is illegal to own a credit card under 18. 

    There is a fix to this however, you can contact support chat which is open from 8am - 8pm and will be able to help you with this (I assume they will just unlock it).

      Why waste time and effort trying to unblock adult content, unless you want Smarty's servers to keep a record of what you've accessed on the net.  Install a good free VPN like Proton or Windscribe or Opera browser with VPN and Smarty will not be able to identify what you are accessing.

    Hi if you don't have a credit card webchat smarty and upload a photo of your passport or driving licence and they will turn it off
