Brendan_1101470  Are you referring to sharing a portion of your plan data with another person? If so, the answer is no. I believe that one of the big players (Vodafone?) used to do that.

What do you mean "transfer data to other phones"?

If you mean transfering data from one SIM to another, then I very much doubt you can.

If on the other hand you mean using the data through tethering to another device. For example, I use data from my phone and tether a tablet to it, allowing me to connect the tablet to the internet. Then that is very possible.

You'll be able to do the latter through your WiFi and internet settings and enabling tethering.  You'll be able to link your second device to your phone as of it was a WiFi router.
