Three isn’t working
for the past 5 months I have been using this sim on a tipi mifi and has been working perfectly. Now for the past two weeks, I am experiencing no service. Spoke to customer service and changed setting etc but when I select three carrier it is saying it is unable to connect. And auto selection is coming up as null_init. Checked the coverage in the area and no issue. Has anyone else experienced this ? Before I get a new sim off another provider

When I'm using my SMARTY SIM card, I select the network carrier as SMARTY - it doesn't work if I select another carrier.

Hey thanks for the reply, I don’t have smarty as an option and when I select on another network it says “unable to connect, please try again later” so frustrating!

If your SMARTY SIM is not working, perhaps check your account dashboard to make sure your account has an active plan. Otherwise see if the SIM works in another device.
In the UK, a SMARTY SIM card would only be able to connect to the SMARTY Mobile network.
