Text message reception intermittent unreliable
Texts to me unreliable. Today calls from the same number in the morning: 4 received then 4 not received. In each case the sender's phone reported msg delivered. Asked Smarty for help but no help.

PeterSel_347420 Were you and the sender both in the same place throughout? If not, could it be a network problem with a mast? o2 certainly had some problems with sms last week.
iT WASN'T JUST LAST WEEK. IT'S AN I NTERMITTENT UNRELIABILITY WHICH THE SMILE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS FAILED TO HELP WITH.
PeterSel_347420 Sorry to hear that. To be fair it doesn’t seem to be a frequent complaint posted here until o2 fell over recently.
