Terrible signal in London - Hackney

I have recently signed up to Smarty, to find myself unable to use my phoen outside of wifi. 1 bar of 4G and 5G - ridiculous.  Apparently work on the mast is in place but speaking to neighbours they've had problems for a month

    Thanks, I can use my own wifi signal while at home but obviously not ideal that I have no coverage in our around my residence being i also wfh

    I don't have a usable mobile signal at home, so use the SMARTY "WiFi Call" service to call and text at home. 

    Can you use the SMARTY "WiFi Call" service with your handset at home Swoosh56?
