Taking to long to get online
So my sim was activated at 5pm today and I’m still not able to get online?

StacyGa_2527298 Have you checked your account dashboard? It should show your allocated mobile number and also the active Smarty plan.
Also worth turning phone off for a minute and then back on to force it to connect to the network.
