Taken money but nothing to show for it

Tried turning on adult content as some of the websites need you to be over 18 years old. Did that and asked for card payment details then £1 was taken from my account that said an error had occurred tried again another £1 taken from my bank account. Another error occurred so £2 down and still no adult content switched on.how do I contact Smarty for my money back and assistance
