Would it be an idea to have 'suggestions' turned on by default for the SUBJECT box of conversations?
When people start a conversation without looking to see if the issue has been covered, they would perhaps see a number of previous threads that could answer their question immediately. As an example, many people ask how long a port should take and this has been well covered.

This is an idea that is worth suggesting, and hopefully more people will put this into effect.
