    Hi ChrisAnd_273564

Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum!

I have checked the postcode you provided and I can see 5G is currently available in your area. Please refer to our coverage checker here:

    Coverage checker | SMARTY

The checker states that in 'most cases' you will receive a 5G service although, at times, it may be better to connect to 4G if the 5G service is unavailable.

    I hope this helps!

ChrisAnd_273564 As we are forum members like you, we don't have access to any of that information unfortunately.

According to https://5g.co.uk/coverage you should have 5G in that area, but Three network coverage map suggests it works outside buildings and not inside. If you add to that the fact that quite possibly Three customers will receive a priority service compared to Smarty customers (as the former pay more), that may explain why you do not get it now.
