Smarty adult content filter bugged by Three?

noticed that recently ive been having complaints from my roommate that he keeps getting redirected to Accessing and blocking adult content on your phone | Support | Three

i have checked and adult content access on that sim is enabled in smarty settings, ID verification is still all good, is Three ignoring Smarty adult content settings?
