Slow speed. 2mb/s. Help needed.
Hi. I only get 2mbs, but I need more. I have a Redmi Note 9T...do I need to upgrade to a recommended phone?

I assumed 4g was acceptable, but look at my speed test result : 2mbit/s. It's like a dual up modem speed.
William_1626249 As JJP2RidesAgain says, you need to check local coverage and also network status. It may jut be that you live in an area with poor signal.
Greetings. I checked the coverage and it said 5g outside was possible. I don't fancy sleeping in Gregg's doorway for better speeds. Saying that, if it reached 100mbit/s I might just get a deck chair...
That’s a 5G capable phone.
Did you check the coverage of Three, Smarty’s parent company / network before buying your Smarty SIM card, to make sure you would get adequate three coverage where you live, work and socialise ?
