Slow internet Staffordshire

Currently having problems with intermittent and slow 5G and 4G in the Staffordshire area. I have reset my Home router disconnected devices, conducted speed internet test with no avail to fix the problem.

I’ve checked the network settings there’s been no reports of any problems in my area, however consistently my Internet seems to drop.

it is a small household which doesn’t use much internet at all, I was really impressed with smarty for the last six months however I might have to end my rolling contract, if this continues. 

Any suggestions?
