Why won’t smarty work on my phone ?

AmandaB_2138446 That's hardly enough information for us to be able to help effectively.
1. Is the phone perhaps locked to another network?
2. Can you try the sim in another phone?
3. Is your account dashboard showing the number of the I'm and an active Smarty plan?
