Sim?
Very strange one. My wife and I are both with smarty. When we visit our daughter in Kelso we both get a good signal . I have no problems but my wife cannot get calls in or out. When we come home to Edinburgh her phone works again. This happened with her Motorola phone, she has a new phone Nokia and the same is happening. She is still using the same sim. Could the sim be somehow faulty. Or is it a ghost.

Are you using a different phone from your wife?
Have you noticed any differences in the way they are set up?
It might be worth going through Smartys set up guide for your types of phone (I'm guessing they're both Android phones) as well as your phones own manuals.
Hi my phone is a Samsung. This problem has only ever happened twice both times with different phones. We've travelled all over the UK and only in Kelso has this happened.
