Sim to Esim

I have a smarty sim and want to change it to an esim keeping my mobile number. How do I go about this?

    Hi there GeorgePi_664863​,

    Thanks for reaching out here. You can request a new SIM via your dashboard:

    Menu > Account Settings > Manage Plan > Replace SIM. 

    You will see the option to select a different SIM type. Your eSIM will keep the same number, and you'll be sent activation guidance via email.

    Please ensure that your phone is compatible. The quickest way to check this is to dial #06# on your phone. If you see an EID number, this confirms that your device is eSIM compatible.
