Sim setup
Today I bought a smarty, sim. I installed it in my phone a samsung galaxy Z flip 3 any network, I set it up paid online £15 for 150GB ect, but no matter what I do I have no internet no calls no texts at all. Nothing I do works. Smarty has been paid, my account works logged in all settings set right. Still won't work. Now what

DavidWa_4111491 Does your Account Dashboard show an active sim and a current Smarty plan?
Have you also completed a Network Status check to see if there's any local mast issue?
If everything looks fine, have you turned the phone off and then on again to try and force it to register on the network?
