SIM Replacement
Hi. I lost my SIM card recently. I have been on the help pages on how to go about replacing it. But I cannot find ‘Manage my SIM Card’ on the app or the website. Any tips please on how to find this s...
I have also been on the help pages on how to go about replacing my physical sim to an esim. I cannot find any references to ‘Manage my SIM Card’ anywhere on the app or the website.
I guess the Smarty app is pending an update in order to include this missing option?
AbsoluteArcher I've just logged into the app (which I rarely use) and under 'Manage plan' there appears an option to 'Manage my SIM' and specifically to replace with a physical SIM or ESIM.
