It's a scam.

Krzyszt_2360337 It's not a scam - that would be an illegal activity.
If you have a problem, first raise it via web chat with Support Team. If it is not sorted then raise a complaint via webpage.
It's not sorted by chat. Now I now if I want refund. I must send to Smarty prof Id. To again finish verification. No way. I don't trust this network anymore.
