Retaining old number

Smarty are fecking useless. They received the correct oac code and previous number I wish to keep and still didn't manage to switch me. It appears they have done this to thousands of customers. I will not be continuing with this **bleep** company

    Sorry to hear that you're not happy, but did you allow for the weekend when there is no porting of numbers?

        GaryWoo_3204937  In your dashboard you will see the opportunity to transfer your number using the PAC from your previous provider

    I had 'problems' when porting over BUT that was because I changed around bank holiday, can't JohnPaws have a web chat with Smarty?
