Refer a Friend

I would like to use the Refer a Friend to my friends and family, but some had already been a Smarty customer, but their account is closed due to lack of use. Would they be able to use the link and rejoin so they get the incentive? Thanks for any help.

    yes your family members would be able to re-join SMARTY using the link to create a new account.

      Rebekah_150 For clarity, would they need to use a different email address, rather than one used before?

        Yes that's right a new email address for the new account

    JoanDav_2595628  Strictly, they are not a new customer and so you could expect that they would not be eligible.

    However, if they use a different email ddress.....who know?

    If you want a definitive answer, you should web chat with the Smarty Support Team, but beware of receiving an answer that you don't want to hear!
