VOICEMAIL
Hi All, with a new sim ported to keep my old number, i can make but not receive calls - they all go to voicemail which I have not yet set up? Android phone settings show nothing amiss so any ideas?
Thank you for your reply. It transpires smarty have not fully ported in a week, and have left me in limbo and uninformed. Hate talking to endless bots before being granted access to a webchat. Very unimpressed
PHouse Have you had an email saying that the port has completed?
If so, it may be worth doing a network reset on the phone.
If it still does not work by tomorrow, I suppose that there is the possibility of a 'split port' and you will need to web chat with Smarty Support for assistance to sort it out.
