Only Getting Incoming Calls

Yes its a Data Plan, my stupid mistake. I have unticked 'Auto Renue' in order to change my plan at the end of the month, but until then I can only receive incoming calls. Also I cant order a Rollover Sim with Auto Renue turned Off. Sorry for my late Reply.
StevenP_3066945 I wonder if a web chat with Smarty Support would help. They would need to remotely re-provision your sim to accept calls and texts in any case.
Try throwing yourself on their mercy?!
Good idea, would i be able to Web Chat through my Dashboard, not quite sure how to do this.
