I would like to change my plan to 50gb £8
As in this thread above DonnaAk_2562172 start a webchat with Smarty, which is available from 08.00 - 20.00 each day.
When I contacted Smarty via webchat, it took 5 minutes to switch plan
(This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers, line you, we don’t work for Smarty, so of course cannot access each others account details, change plans etc)

You need to start a web chat with the Smarty Support team who can do it.
