Plan changed

Hi 

Last month I had changed my plan £10 to £6. Payment already done by 8th May. In apps , i have shown that my plan was paused. What should I do now .

    Hello ALAMIN4UK  Firstly, what does it show when you log in via web page? (This seems to be more accurate than the app).

    If your phone is still working, then presumably your plan has renewed as money was taken on 08May (today).

    If no money was taken, the plan was not renewed. If money was taken and plan not renewed, you need to web chat with Support Team so that they can take a look at your account to sort it out.

    I'm sure it will get sorted.
