People receiving calls from my number I've not dialed/called
I also have this issue, only since moving to Smarty, and I have had this phone number for over 20 years

hi Rachel in the past 3 days we have recieved more than 1000 calls n smses each day saying we called them which wr clearly havent. Could you please tell us how to report this n stop this coz apaprnetly there is no smarty call center to call and report an issue
JalalSh_2036707 It is quite possible that a scum scammer has used software to hide their own number when calling people and that the software generated your number by chance.
I am not sure that this can be stopped because how do you identify who the caller was?
The main option would be to ask Smarty to give you a different number.
Another (less favourable maybe) option is to only answer calls from people in your Contacts - but you may miss an important call you are waiting for e.g. doctor, hospital etc.
You can try reporting it to Smarty Support via web chat or you can raise a Complaint - but again, it my be that not a lot can be done other than them checking your account for any glitches.
Hi Rachel, we are being driven crazy for the past 4 days getting 1000s of call and texts all day long saying we called them. I tried looking up your call centre number to report but apparently there is no call cneter. How can i report this and how can you help with this
