Pausing

I want to pause but there is notice that says “You currently have no payment methods set up” which is incorrect. I currently have a payment method set up

    MilanMi_2055018 I've had this a few times in the mobile app/web dashboard, it seems that on certain pages the data has to be 'fetched' (you see a loading message, or spinner). I've always assumed it a tiny glitch and refreshed the page and it has worked for me. Try logging out then back in again, or contact support incase there is some issue with your account.

    MilanMi_2055018 Do you get that message in the app or via the website?

    I would try logging in to the website; if you have the same problem, you will need to web chat with the Support Team.
