PAC and old number can't be verified
Hi all, just joined with smarty, entered the PAC from old provider and number wanting to transfer on the smarty webpage and they can't be verified. Anyone else had this issue?

I agree a lot of problems porting into Smarty Pac not excepted or you receive 10 emails in one day that the port in was unsuccessful web chat is a joke waiting 20.30.40 minutes for replies to questions

No, the webpage for PAC submission worked okay when I used it Laguna33p.
You should be able to submit your PAC manually with SMARTY Mobile's web chat support option.

Not working. Pretty poor state of affairs that you have to join a `community` to try and find out what is happening. Web chat is a joke.
